To be fit is what most people treasured most. Of course, to be fit is to be healthy, and if you are healthy, you can live for a longer time. This are the four types of fitness that anyone can apply.

Aerobic Endurance – this is your ability to exercise the whole body for a long period of time in just a moderate intensity like jogging. When it was still your first time to train, start it off slowly first. You need to overload your body to increase your aerobic level.

Anaerobic Threshold – when you already rich at this zone, your body can’t supply already enough oxygen for your muscles. Your muscles need to use the stored reserves of fuel and waste products starts to accumulate, and that’s the main one being lactic acid. With this waste product that have been accumulated can make your body stiff, that is why it is really important to stretch and drink lots of water just to get rid of the lactic acid.

Muscular Strength – this is the capacity of the body’s muscle to generate large amounts of a force in just a short period of time. You have to concentrate in the muscle you want to make stronger in order to increase your muscle strength. In improving your strength you can use small weights or resistance bands. Always start off slowly and plan a rest day between you weight days training.

Muscular Endurance – this will keep generating force from your muscles. To have good muscle endurance is a crucial in every fitness activity. Like in aerobic endurance, you need to over load your muscles in order to increase their endurance
