To be fit means to be healthy, people really need to be fit always in order for them to work everyday and to live long.

Fitness means being able to perform physical activity. This also means that you have enough energy and strength to feel good always. If you will be fit, even just a little bit, it can improve your health.

To be fit doesn’t mean you have to be an athlete, because those athletes already reach the very high level of fitness.

If you will just risk a half-hour of walk in everyday you will still reach a good level of fitness. And even those people who cant even do some half hour walk can still get some level of fitness just by doing some work that surely their sweat will out from their body, that will really helps them feel better and they can also have more energy.

To be fit gives you a good benefit. It well help you to feel better everyday, gives you more energy for work and leisure time. If you stay active you can burn more calories, it helps you do more physical activity. Aside from that, to be fit can also manage your work.

If you’re fit also, you can lower the risk for some illness like heart attack, diabetes, high blood pressure and especially for some cancer. This is good for your hearts, lungs, bones and joints.

To be fit is to be healthy. Always remember prevention is much better than cure. So, prevent your body from sickness as long as it still early.
