<p>To be fit is what most people treasured most. Of course, to be fit is to be healthy, and if you are healthy, you can live for a longer time. This are the four types of fitness that anyone can apply.</p>
<p><strong>Aerobic Endurance</strong> – this is your ability to exercise the whole body for a long period of time in just a moderate intensity like jogging. When it was still your first time to train, start it off slowly first. You need to overload your body to increase your aerobic level.</p>
<p><strong>Anaerobic Threshold </strong>– when you already rich at this zone, your body can’t supply already enough oxygen for your muscles. Your muscles need to use the stored reserves of fuel and waste products starts to accumulate, and that’s the main one being lactic acid. With this waste product that have been accumulated can make your body stiff, that is why it is really important to stretch and drink lots of water just to get rid of the lactic acid.</p>
<p><strong>Muscular Strength</strong> – this is the capacity of the body’s muscle to generate large amounts of a force in just a short period of time. You have to concentrate in the muscle you want to make stronger in order to increase your muscle strength. In improving your strength you can use small weights or resistance bands. Always start off slowly and plan a rest day between you weight days training.</p>
<p><strong>Muscular Endurance</strong> – this will keep generating force from your muscles. To have good muscle endurance is a crucial in every fitness activity. Like in aerobic endurance, you need to over load your muscles in order to increase their endurance<br />

But not all. Some people donâ€™t care with their body; they just want to enjoy their self not thinking that one day they might attack with illness.</p>
<p>To be fit means to be healthy, people really need to be fit always in order for them to work everyday and to live long.</p>
<p>Fitness means being able to perform physical activity. This also means that you have enough energy and strength to feel good always. If you will be fit, even just a little bit, it can improve your health.</p>
<p>To be fit doesnâ€™t mean you have to be an athlete, because those athletes already reach the very high level of fitness.</p>
<p>If you will just risk a half-hour of walk in everyday you will still reach a good level of fitness. And even those people who cant even do some half hour walk can still get some level of fitness just by doing some work that surely their sweat will out from their body, that will really helps them feel better and they can also have more energy.</p>
<p>To be fit gives you a good benefit. It well help you to feel better everyday, gives you more energy for work and leisure time. If you stay active you can burn more calories, it helps you do more physical activity. Aside from that, to be fit can also manage your work.</p>
<p>If youâ€™re fit also, you can lower the risk for some illness like heart attack, diabetes, high blood pressure and especially for some cancer. This is good for your hearts, lungs, bones and joints.</p>
<p>To be fit is to be healthy. Always remember prevention is much better than cure. So, prevent your body from sickness as long as it still early.</p>
