If we talk about girl talk, of course we know that it was a conversation for girls only and no boys allowed. Well, this is really kind of private conversations that exclusive only for girls. A conversation that all girls will really enjoy together, laugh together and giggle together. Girls always know how to understand each other feeling.

Girls always have a topic to be talk. They enjoyed there self by talking to other girl like them. They talk about fashions, love life and most especially cute boys, sharing secrets and memorable experience.

There is no exempted in girl talk, whether you’re in grade school, a high school and college student, and even those who are working, girls talk is everywhere and anywhere.

Boys also have their own conversation, and that’s what they called boys talk and of course like girls it’s exclusive only for boys. They are only the one who can understand and relate to their topic. That is why no girls allowed also.

But I can say, that girls conversations are the most exciting and interesting to hear, especially when girls are now started to express their feelings to there girlfriends, shared there most hidden secrets and experience in life together with their boyfriends, share some advices, shout the pain they feel and many more.

Why a girl talk is exclusively for girls? The reason is only girls can understand the girl’s topic. Girls can’t share their secrets to boys of course. Boys have different understanding with girls. They have different likes and they can’t relate to all girls conversations. That is why it was called girls talk. It is the most interesting and enjoying conversations that a girl would experience in her life.

We people really give important to our health. But not all. Some people don’t care with their body; they just want to enjoy their self not thinking that one day they might attack with illness.

To be fit means to be healthy, people really need to be fit always in order for them to work everyday and to live long.

Fitness means being able to perform physical activity. This also means that you have enough energy and strength to feel good always. If you will be fit, even just a little bit, it can improve your health.

To be fit doesn’t mean you have to be an athlete, because those athletes already reach the very high level of fitness.

If you will just risk a half-hour of walk in everyday you will still reach a good level of fitness. And even those people who cant even do some half hour walk can still get some level of fitness just by doing some work that surely their sweat will out from their body, that will really helps them feel better and they can also have more energy.

To be fit gives you a good benefit. It well help you to feel better everyday, gives you more energy for work and leisure time. If you stay active you can burn more calories, it helps you do more physical activity. Aside from that, to be fit can also manage your work.

If you’re fit also, you can lower the risk for some illness like heart attack, diabetes, high blood pressure and especially for some cancer. This is good for your hearts, lungs, bones and joints.

To be fit is to be healthy. Always remember prevention is much better than cure. So, prevent your body from sickness as long as it still early.

Shopping, why do people mostly women love to do this kind of stuff? Mostly women love to spend their money in just shopping new things that are not totally needed. Mostly shopper go together with their friends of someone they enjoy being with. That is why shopping can also a great time to spend time to people like you.

Hate. We always hear that word hate from all people. But what is hate anyway? And why we always feel that?

Hate is a word that describes intense feelings of dislike. You will feel hate if your having dislikeness to a person, things or place.

But, the most common reason why people feel it because that person was hurt by someone, that is why he/she feels hatred. No one is exempted not to feel it, because hate is part of our feelings. God has given us heart to feel everything that was happening to our life. He let us to feel how to be happy, to be sad, scared, and tense and to hate. Those things will help us to be strong to face the reality in our life. In that way we can fight every struggle and problems that will come to our life.

Even me I also feel hate. Of course I’m only human and I have a feelings. Only robots don’t feel anything. There is lot of things I hated most. I hate to bring wallet, I hate if I forgot to put make up on my face, and I hate to forget to bring my phone. But, all of that is just for the material thing. The things I hated most are if someone uses my things without my knowing. I hate to be cheated by someone. And I hate someone who will traitor me, especially if that someone is my friend.
